Tryouts 2023 - 2024 Season
This season, Downstate will be hosting tryouts beginning in late August for high school-aged students, and late September for our middle school athletes. Please note that you will always attend tryouts based on the athlete’s grade for the upcoming school year (the 2023-24 academic year). Also, you should attend the tryouts at the location where your team would practice.
After registering, you may attend tryouts at more than one location. You should plan to attend both tryouts scheduled for your age group and location. While attendance at all tryouts is not mandatory, it is highly recommended! We evaluate different skills and situations at each tryout and the more our coaches are able to see these young athletes, the better and more accurate we can be in team placements.
