Downstate North
Downstate Juniors has expanded to Gold's Gym in Lagrange, NY. All levels of teams, including National, Regional and Aspire are available. This program will be known as Downstate North and we are excited to see them take off! Below are links explaining what Downstate North will offer and information regarding Gold's Gym.
Private Lessons
Downstate is able to provide private training sessions for interested athletes at Gold's Gym in Lagrange. Players may choose what specific skills to work on for each session.
Each week Lessons are available from 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm Tuesday - Thursday and select times on Saturday & Sunday.

$75/hr for 1 player
$65/hr each for 2 players
