Madison Monahan

Coach Madison has been a coach since 2019 starting her career at OTVA. She went on to coach at Brooklyn Elite for a season. After moving back to her hometown, she started coaching with Downstate. She coached 13 Wyverns and 16/17 Dragons in 2021. For the 2022 season, she head coached 13 White and 16 Blue and assisted with 15 Black and earned a bid to go to nationals.

Madison is a Downstate alumni playing on our black team from 2015 to 2018. They won the gold Windy City and NEQ and won silver in Big South. Her team also competed in USAV nationals twice. She played for North Rockland High School and received multiple All-League, All-Section accolades and was 2x Rockland Player of the Year. She went on to play at DI JUCO Palm Beach State. For her junior and senior season she played for St. Francis College. And then finally, for her graduate year, she played for Radford University.
